Getting there: Ulloor Junction is on NH-66 at the intersection with the Pothencode road. Five minutes from Sreekariyam, fifteen minutes from Pattom and East Fort. Auto-rickshaws from Thampanoor Railway Station are 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic. KSRTC city buses on the Sreekariyam, Kazhakuttom, and Technopark routes all stop within walking distance.

The office houses the language training classrooms (German, French, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, Duolingo) and the senior counsellor team led by Managing Director PG Yogarajan. Founder Nikhil Gopalan is based here and joins senior counselling sessions for the Healthcare-to-Germany pathway every week.

NORKA-ROOTS head office

The Department of Non-Resident Keralites Affairs (NORKA) and its field agency NORKA-ROOTS are headquartered in Trivandrum. This is the office to know for the Triple Win programme (Germany nursing), the Pravasi Raksha insurance, and the Kerala State Overseas Student ID card.

NORKA Institute of Foreign Language (NIFL)

NIFL is the foreign language training arm of NORKA, primarily for nurses heading to Germany. Located at Mettukada, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram 695014. They offer German up to B1 and run in coordination with Triple Win recruitment cycles. For students not in the Triple Win pipeline, they have public batches as well.

IELTS test centres in Trivandrum

Both British Council and IDP operate authorised IELTS test centres in Trivandrum. Test slots run multiple times per month for both Academic and General Training. Computer-delivered IELTS (3 to 5 day results) is available; paper-based is being phased out by IDP through mid-2026. Book directly via the British Council India or IDP India website; do not pay any third party who claims to secure "preferential" slots.

Passport office and PCC

The Regional Passport Office for Thiruvananthapuram is at the Civil Station area; police clearance certificates (PCC) for visa applications are issued by the Commissioner of Police, Trivandrum City, with processing typically 5 to 10 working days. Apply for PCC the same week you start the loan process to avoid sequencing delays.

4.How counselling works at our Trivandrum office

The first counselling session is free and lasts 60 to 90 minutes. By the end of it, you should know three things: which 3 to 5 destinations realistically fit your profile, the rough total budget (tuition plus living plus visa plus loan) for each, and the timeline from today to boarding the flight.

What we do in that first session:

1. Review your academic records, language test scores (if any), and financial position with the family.
2. Discuss your career goal honestly: study and return, study and stay, or study and emigrate the family.
3. Map 3 to 5 destinations against that goal with rough cost, post-study work duration, PR pathway, and risk factors.
4. Lay out the 6 to 18 month timeline with key milestones (language test, application, loan sanction, visa, departure).
5. Identify the next-step actions you and your family need to take in the next 4 weeks.

If after the first session you and the family want to proceed with our service, we agree on scope and fees. If you want to do further homework or talk to other consultancies first, no pressure. We don't take retainers in the first session and don't push you toward a specific destination because we have a particular university partnership; the recommendation is based on your situation.
