Bank balance just dropped before visa appointment

Financial proof gap

Student saw a 'minimum balance' requirement of ₹15 lakh and parked exactly that. Two days before the visa appointment, their parent withdrew ₹2 lakh for an unrelated payment. Visa officer flagged the dip. Refusal.

Fix: Park 25-30% MORE than the minimum. Don't touch the account until visa is stamped.

SOP inconsistency

Student's SOP said they wanted to specialise in cybersecurity. In the interview, they were asked their target role and said 'data analyst'. Visa officer noted the contradiction. Refusal on 'unclear intent to study'.

Tie-to-home issue

USA F1 applications fail most often on 'failure to demonstrate non-immigrant intent'. Student didn't have a clear answer to 'why will you return to India after?'. Visa officer assumed permanent intent.

Document format

Germany visa application requires apostilled and translated documents for several certificates. Student submitted English-only versions thinking that was enough. Application returned, 6-week delay.

Sponsor affidavit weakness

Sponsor affidavit said 'I will support my child's education'. Visa officer wanted specifics: which expenses, for how long, what proof of ability to pay. Refusal on 'insufficient financial commitment'.

Tuition deposit not paid before visa appointment

Late fee submission

Most countries require proof you have paid the initial tuition deposit (typically 25 to 50%) before the visa is decided. Student delayed it, hoping to negotiate. Visa application sat in limbo for 9 weeks.

Fix: Pay the deposit on time, exactly per university's payment portal. We track the receipt.

Yes. About 30% of our visa filing work comes from students who got their university offer through another agent or directly, then came to us for the visa side because they wanted a more careful filing process. We charge ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 depending on country.
Do you guarantee visa approval? +
No. Anyone who guarantees a visa approval is either lying or about to commit fraud. What we guarantee: the application will be complete, the SOP will align with your interview answers, the financial proof will exceed the minimum, and you will be coached on the interview if your country requires one. Our first-attempt approval rate is 96%, but the remaining 4% includes cases where new immigration rules changed mid-process or where applicants did not follow our instructions on financial proof.
What happens if my visa is refused? +
We read the refusal letter (visa officers always state the legal ground), identify the exact failure point, address it, and re-file. For consultancy students, the refusal response is included free. For standalone visa-filing clients, we re-file at 50% of the original fee. Over 80% of our second attempts get approved.
How early should I start the visa process? +
Ideally 10 to 12 weeks before your university intake. Some countries need 6 to 8 weeks of processing alone. We need 2 to 3 weeks for SOP review, financial planning, and document collection. If you have less than 8 weeks, we can still help but it becomes harder to fix anything that needs more time (like building up bank balance over months).
I have a USA F-1 visa interview in 2 weeks. Can you help? +
Yes. Last-minute USA F-1 cases are common. We run intensive 5-day mock interview prep, review your DS-160 and SEVIS records, prep your documents, and coach you on the answers most likely to come up. Speed-prep fee is ₹35,000 (includes 4 mock interviews instead of the standard 2).
Do I need to come to Trivandrum or Kochi office? +
Initial consultation can be online. Most document collection can be done digitally. We recommend at least one in-person visit at our Trivandrum or Kochi office for the mock interview drill, especially for USA F-1 and UK Standard Visitor cases. Out-of-state students often come for a 2-day intensive.
Can you handle Schengen tourist visas, not just student visas? +
Our visa filing service is built around student and work visas. We do not handle Schengen tourist visas, dependent visas, or business visit visas. For those, we refer you to specialised tourist visa agents who do that work full-time.
What countries do you NOT file for? +
We currently do not file for: China, Russia, Middle Eastern countries other than UAE, African countries, Latin America. If your destination is outside our 14-country list, we will be honest and recommend a specialist. We would rather lose the fee than file a case in a country we do not know well enough.
