Lead student conversations from first call through visa filing. You will own 25-40 active student files at a time across 2-3 destination countries. We are particularly looking for counsellors with deep knowledge of Canada, Germany, UK, or Australia.

Teach German B1 and B2 batches for our healthcare-to-Germany pathway. Goethe Institute or TELC certification preferred. C1 or C2 level fluency required. Healthcare-specific German experience is a major plus.

Own the end-to-end pathway for nurses going to Germany. Coordinate with German employers, manage Anerkennung documentation, support candidates through their language journey, and handle family visa logistics. Background in nursing or German healthcare law preferred.

Manage visa documentation pipelines for active student files: financial proof, SOP collation, application form submission, VFS appointment booking. Strong attention to detail and fluency in English communication essential.

We hire across all levels. Operations Associate, Junior Counsellor, and Content Marketing Executive roles are open to freshers and 1-2 years experienced. Senior Counsellor, Trainer, and Pathway Specialist roles require 3+ years relevant experience. We invest heavily in onboarding regardless of your starting level.
Some roles allow partial remote work after a 3-month in-office induction. Content Marketing and certain technical roles can be fully remote. Counsellor and trainer roles require regular in-office presence because most of our parent meetings happen face to face at our Trivandrum or Kochi offices.
We pay above the Kerala consultancy market average, with structured annual increments and performance bonuses tied to student outcomes (not raw volume). Exact ranges are shared in the phone screen after CV review. Trainers earn additional batch-completion incentives. Senior counsellors earn placement-success bonuses.
