Do you charge for the first consultation?

No. The first 30-minute counsellor call is free, whether you eventually enrol with Cokonet or not. We do not have a sales-pressure model. If our pathway is not the right fit for you, we will tell you that on the call.

Can I just walk in without an appointment?

Yes, during working hours (Mon-Fri 9:30 to 7, Sat 10 to 5). But booking ahead means we reserve a senior counsellor for your slot instead of slotting you with whoever is free. The form above books a slot.
Are there offices outside Trivandrum?

Yes. We have two physical offices: the head office at Ulloor Junction in Trivandrum, and a branch office at VSRA-59, Vennala in Kochi. Both run the same working hours and the same counsellor desks. For students elsewhere in Kerala (Kozhikode, Kannur, Thrissur, Kollam, Kottayam, etc.), counselling happens by video call, with periodic visiting clinics held in Kozhikode. Ask the general line for the next visiting-clinic schedule.
I am calling from outside India. What is the best way?

Can I send my documents in advance?

Yes, and it is a good idea. Email your CV, qualification transcripts, and a short note about your target country to
[email protected] before the call. The counsellor reviews them ahead, and the call becomes a strategy session, not a fact-gathering session.
How is Cokonet different from larger consultancies?

Two ways. First, we are the only Kerala consultancy that bundles in-house language training, in-house tech training (worth 1 lakh, free), and overseas placement under one roof. Second, we are 16 years old as Cokonet Academy and have not been acquired or franchised, so the founders still personally oversee senior counsellor calls.
