The NZ post-study work visa is one of the most generous: no employer sponsorship, no industry restriction, and your family can stay with you.

How it actually works

Complete a NZQA Level 7+ qualification (Bachelors honours, Masters, or PhD) at an approved NZ institution.

Visa length matches your degree length (1-3 years). PhD graduates always get 3 years regardless of program length.
